Biggym is one of the fastest growing fitness chains in the Netherlands, with a clear ambition: to take customer focus to a higher level without sacrificing efficiency. Capisoft was brought in to make this digitally possible - and we did that on two fronts.

Our solution: real-time customer feedback system

First of all, we developed a fully integrated customer feedback system that allows members to easily share their experiences via the app, on location, or after their visit. The feedback is automatically structured, analyzed and forwarded to the appropriate teams within Biggym. This way, you can quickly adjust what is going on in the clubs - from minor inconveniences to structural areas for improvement.

Customer Service Automation

In addition, we are working on a fully automated customer service system that relieves the service team by using smart AI solutions for frequently asked questions, handling complaints and administrative requests. This includes automatic processing of subscription freezes, change requests and immediate answers to frequently asked questions.
